Welcome to MathMe! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MathMe mobile application ("App", "Service").

By using our App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, please do not use our App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MathMe, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Service Description

MathMe is an educational app for training mental math skills, designed for users aged 7 and older. The app offers:

3 training modes (Practice, Game, TikTok mode)
Adaptive learning system
Achievement and gamification system
Detailed progress statistics
Offline functionality

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on your compatible mobile devices.

You may NOT:

Copy, modify, or distribute the App
Hack, decompile, or reverse engineer the App's code
Remove copyright notices
Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
Create derivative works based on the App

4. Age Requirements

The App is intended for children aged 7 and older. Children under 13 must use the App under parental or guardian supervision.

5. Premium Subscription

5.1. Subscription Terms

Premium subscription provides access to extended features
Two plans available: monthly ($4.99/month) and annual ($39.99/year)
Free trial period: 7 days
Payment processed through App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android)

5.2. Auto-Renewal

Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
Renewal charge is processed within 24 hours before the end of the current period
You can cancel subscription anytime in App Store/Google Play settings

5.3. Refund Policy

All purchases are processed through App Store or Google Play. Refunds are governed by their refund policies.

6. User Conduct

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and will not:

Use the App in a manner that violates laws
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
Transmit viruses or malicious code
Interfere with the App's operation

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the App, including but not limited to:

Interface design
Graphics and animations
Text content
Adaptive learning algorithms
Logo and trademarks

belong to MathMe and are protected by copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not guarantee:

Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App
Correction of all bugs and errors
Protection against viruses or malware
Specific educational outcomes

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MathMe is not liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or punitive damages
Loss of data or profits
Inability to use the App
Actions of third parties

10. Changes to the App

We reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue App features
Update Terms of Service
Change subscription prices (with notice)

Significant changes will be communicated through an App update.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it from your device.

12. Governing Law

13. Dispute Resolution
