Children’s Privacy

This page explains how MathMe treats the privacy of younger users and how it relates to the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar laws. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Summary: MathMe is a general-audience app intended for users aged 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has created an account, we delete the account and its data.

1. Who MathMe Is For

MathMe is a mental math trainer for teens and adults. The App shows advertising in the free version and offers an optional subscription; both are designed for a general audience, not for children. If you are under the age of digital consent in your country (13 in the U.S., up to 16 in parts of the EU), use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

2. What We Collect

What the App collects is described in full in the Privacy Policy. In short:

Without an account (guest): game data stays on the device; usage analytics and crash reports are sent only with consent and are tied to an anonymous identifier
With an account (Google or Apple sign-in): email address, display name, a nickname you choose, game statistics and progress, subscription status
Advertising (free version): Google AdMob may use the device advertising identifier and approximate location; on iOS tracking requires your permission, in the EU/EEA a consent form is shown first

3. What the App Does Not Have

No free-text chat or messaging between users
No photo, video or audio sharing
No friend lists or public profiles; opponents in Duel mode see only a nickname and the score
No collection of phone numbers, addresses, dates of birth or precise location

4. If a Child Under 13 Uses the App

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, write to mathme@mtnt-solutions.com. We will delete the account and the data associated with it. An account can also be deleted in the App at any time: Profile → Settings → Delete Account.

5. Purchases

MathMe offers an optional auto-renewing subscription, MathMe Pro (weekly, monthly or yearly, with a 7-day free trial). All purchases go through the App Store or Google Play, which require authentication, and can be cancelled in the store's subscription settings. Parents can disable in-app purchases with device parental controls. Payment details never reach MathMe.
